Mount Washington local Coach Aerick London is a resistance and recovery trainer passionate about helping people get stronger and live pain free. He will create one-on-one personal training program that fits into your schedule based on an initial assessment, where Coach Aerick tests your movement and strength and digs deeper into your fitness goals.

By building strength through progressive overload and holding Yin Yoga positions, Coach Aerick will help you become the best version of yourself.

Aerick is extremely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. He shows you how to do the exercise with the proper form and addresses the muscle it’s supposed to be targeting. He really makes sure you get the most out of your workout. He can put together a plan for you based on your goals that is easy to adhere to. Definitely recommend.
